This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
Position: AO3 Administrative Officer
Role Type: 3 month contract
Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: $46.27/hour + Super
Start Date: 27th Feb 2025
Duration: Anticipated end date 28th June 2025 - with potential for extension
Location: Brisbane CBD
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM - approx 38 hours/week

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and quality assure offences detected by photographic devices, ensuring follow-up actions and prosecution as required.
- Provide prompt and courteous advice to stakeholders via various channels.
- Maintain accurate records and notes of conversations, actions, and advice provided.
- Investigate camera-detected offence matters, providing recommendations for appropriate action.
- Foster effective working relationships and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators.Candidates will be onboarded to adjudicate incidents and issue infringements for Camera Offence Management (COM) and Mobile Phone and Seatbelt Technology (MPST).
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
