Odyssey House NSW’s trauma-informed services set us apart as a leader in the support service space for alcohol and other drugs dependency. Our teams help clients to meet their goals and address underlying trauma and mental health issues, while also developing new skills to improve all aspects of their lives.

DESCRIPTION:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team at the Odyssey House NSW Residential Program.
The successful applicant to this role will be a mature minded, collaborative individual who can juggle a few tasks simultaneously and who will work to ensure the smooth running of Odyssey House NSW Eagle Vale and Ingleburn facilities.
Reporting to the Operations and Residential Support Coordinator, this position is part of a 7-day rotating roster made up of day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts.
The AOD Residential Support Worker works within the Odyssey House NSW Model of Care focusing on the smooth running of the residential program. Duties and include ad hoc psychosocial support, supervision of medication self-administration, supporting the residential timetable and ensuring appointments are met, all while working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high quality support and treatment for the clients.
