Air Operations Maritime Surface Warfare Analyst (AOMSW) SME
R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (R&K) is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with core capabilities in Mission Support, Engineering and Logistics, Cybersecurity and Intelligence, Environmental and Emergency Management, Exercise and Training, and Defense Healthcare in support of our Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian customers.
Exercise GREEN FLAG provides a training venue for joint United States and coalition aircrew, air liaison officers, joint terminal attack controllers (JTACs), battle management personnel and weapons system operators in the planning and execution of joint air ground operations in counter-land operations. R&K provides subject matter expertise (SME) necessary to support GREEN FLAG tactical exercises.
Title: Air Operations Maritime Surface Warfare Analyst (AOMSW) SME
Location: 549th CTS; Nellis AFB, NV
Duration: Permanent/Full-Time
Clearance: Secret Clearance Required
Start Date: 1 July 2025 (Contingent Upon Award)

Duties: The successful candidate shall:

  • Schedule AOMSW airspace
  • Manage the desired learning objectives (DLOs) for the AOMSW events
  • Schedule airspace briefings
  • Be the Range Training Officer at Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) for kill removal and DLO management of the AOMSW event
  • Lead and facilitate the debrief from NASNI
  • Provide inputs and trend analysis for the After-Action Reports

REQUIREMENTS, RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • At least five (5) years of Naval Surface Warfare (SUW) experience
  • Knowledgeable in Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO), Littoral Operations in a Contested Environment, and Agile Combat Employment (ACE)
  • Familiar with current Navy doctrinal guidance on AOMSW or current JTAC doctrinal guidance C2, and integration with other forces
  • Capable of working independently and with demonstrated knowledge, skills, and expertise in the field of Air-Surface Operations
  • Ability to multi-task, and work within a team construct
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Secret Clearance Required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AOMSW experience highly desired
  • Experience as a JTAC
  • Close Air Support (CAS) experience desired
  • Completed Joint Firepower Course
  • Experience in Air Support Operations Center (ASOC) or similar C2 node
  • Proficient with Microsoft Visual Basic (VBA)
