Carry out a range of project management related functions, through a series of developmental work rotations. While responsibilities may vary to some extent with each rotation, all are contained in the general role statements below: Assist in achieving business objectives within a team environment through assigned research, policy and project activities allocated during developmental work placements. Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with appropriate external client contacts and other internal Aon clients. Effectively participate in on-the-job and other learning and development activities provided throughout the development programme. Pitching and storytelling – potential to communicate to stakeholders in a compelling way Carrier management – develop negotiation strategies Skills and experience that will lead to success Fresh graduates who are able to commence full-time employment in July 2026. Great at thinking critically, solving problems, and using data to guide decisions. A collaborative team player, comfortable building relationships and working with diverse groups. Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
