Are you an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to support our key financial processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and close collaboration across finance functions. In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced and collaborative setting where accuracy, adaptability, and continuous improvement are key. Your Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, Post PO and non-PO invoices according to Hempel procedures, Follow up on invoice approvals and resolve discrepancies with vendors, business units, and local teams, Reconcile accounts and resolve open issues, including vendor statement reviews and payment reminders, supervising timely approvals for invoice workflow system and addressing any questions raised by other departments, Review open vendor transactions quarterly and take actions to clear outstanding balances, Perform monthly AP–GL reconciliations, accrual postings, and currency revaluations, Execute relevant internal controls (e.g., Impero controls), Support internal and external audits. What We're Looking for: You have university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area You have minimum 2 years of experience in Account Payable or similar finance area You are fluent in English language (B2 level or higher) You present knowledge in using Microsoft Office ( especially Excel) You have hands-on experience in D365, AX2009, SAP or similar ERP. You are an independent problem solver with effective communication skills and enjoy collaborating withothers. You can take initiative and ownership in dynamic work environment. You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional certifications would be an asset.
