Description
Graduation in Commerce / Finance. Problem-resolving skills and should be a team player Working knowledge of Ariba, MS Office and SAP Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and Spanish Ensure Invoices payment cycle is completed on timely manner as part of Accounts Payables Team. Ensure Processing and completing activity assigned with All Green SLAs Ensure 100% accuracy in terms of processing. Data tracking whether manually or in system needs to be captured timely. Timely response of queries to the concerned parties Taking care of all Audit requests on a timely basis leaving no scope for fall outs and escalations.
Responsibilities
Ensure the invoices payment cycle is completed in a timely manner as part of the Accounts Payables Team. Respond to queries and manage audit requests efficiently to avoid escalations.
