Role and Responsibilities The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for all Accounts Payable Administrative functions Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment; including coding invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices into the accounting system. Process employee expense reports, including verification of receipts and coding Preparation of Payment Batches for Wire Transfer, obtaining approvals and processing Preparation of monthly AP Journal Accrual entries and GL reconciliations Manage vendor relations Qualifications and Education Requirements B.Com with 4-5 years of AP experience Preferred Skills Good Accounting knowledge, Strong MS Office- Excel proficiency, Prior Experience with Oracle/ERP solutions will be beneficial Additional Notes The candidate should possess good communication skills, demonstrate ability to work in a collaborative work environment, must adhere to tight deadlines and have strong attention to detail.
