SMC Management Company, located in Morgan Hill, CA, provides centralized accounting and management services for a group of highline and import automotive dealerships across Northern California. This position plays a key role in handling Accounts Payable and Receivable, supporting three dealerships in different locations, and ensuring accounting integrity across all stores. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Process and reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable accurately and on time * Maintain general ledger entries, balance schedules, and prepare accounting reports * Support month-end closings and assist with internal accounting audits * Perform general office and administrative accounting functions as needed ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership accounting experience required * Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds ERA Ignite or similar DMS preferred * Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency and accuracy ---------------------------------------- COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Hourly: $25.00 – $28.00 (based on experience) * Benefits include: 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Flexible Spending Account, Employee Discounts, and Paid Time Off ---------------------------------------- ABOUT SMC SMC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.
