TITLE: AP BIOLOGY TEACHER REPORTS TO: PRINCIPAL Primary Purpose: The American Baccalaureate School (ABS) is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Middle/High School Science Teacher for an immediate start. The teacher will inspire students in grades 6–12 through engaging lessons, hands-on experiments, and a strong college-preparatory curriculum. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons aligned with ABS curriculum and learning objectives. Foster curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking in the classroom. Differentiate instruction to support students of varying abilities. Design and assess labs, projects, and assignments with timely feedback. Maintain accurate student progress records and communicate regularly with parents. Ensure safe use of laboratory equipment and conduct risk assessments for experiments. Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field (Master’s preferred). Valid teaching license/certification. Minimum 2 years of successful science teaching experience. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
