Role Overview Processing invoices and supplier payments Reconciling credit cards and virtual cards (Airwallex) Performing bank reconciliations VAT reporting and communication with authorities Employee expense reimbursements Supporting monthly/quarterly/annual closing and ongoing accounting processes Requirements Bookkeeping Certificate Level 1+2 – mandatory 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping. English - strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team as well as independently Excellent interpersonal skills, responsibility, high motivation, and willingness to learn and grow Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and interaction skills
