QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong communication skills and passion for learning
  • Open to training and professional development
  • Previous teaching experience preferred (AP)
  • This is an in-person position; we cannot provide relocation assistance or remote options
Responsibilities
  • Lead small group tutoring sessions with students aged 9–18, guiding discussions and answering questions.
  • Use provided materials to deliver structured lessons, ensuring students understand SAT concepts.
  • Apply effective teaching strategies and strong communication to build academic skills.
  • Keep students engaged and motivated to take ownership of their learning.
  • Provide clear, targeted feedback so parents can monitor progress.
  • Support New Canadians in strengthening English language skills.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages students to rise to the challenge.
