In this remote role, you will provide essential support to our legal team, assisting with property transactions and conveyancing matters to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of real estate settlements and related legal processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing conveyancing documents, assisting with contract preparation, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and supporting the team in managing files and compliance requirements throughout the conveyancing process. Position: Conveyancing Paralegal Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 100,000/month (depending on skills and experience) Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, AU/NZ business hours; 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote) Holidays: TBD Your responsibilities will include: Assist with the preparation and review of conveyancing documents, including contracts of sale, transfer documents, and settlement statements. Conduct title searches, property searches, and due diligence to support property transactions. Manage file setup, document organization, and case management to ensure accurate record keeping. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process. Assist with the preparation of settlement documents and coordinate settlement timelines. Draft correspondence and maintain communication with clients regarding transaction updates. Support the legal team with compliance checks and document reviews related to property matters. Maintain and update information in legal practice management systems such as Smokeball. Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with Australian/New Zealand conveyancing procedures and timelines. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience as a Conveyancer, Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal support role. Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand legal practices is required. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Familiarity with legal practice management software (e.g., LEAP Legal, Smokeball, Clio, Actionstep, and MyCase) is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Experience in a remote working environment is a plus. Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.
