ABOUT US

A + 1 Academy is a student-centered learning center in Irvine, offering 1:1 and small-group instruction across STEM and AP courses. We emphasize clear instruction, data-driven progress tracking, and strong communication with families.

• Teach AP Environmental Science (APES) in 1:1 or small groups (2–6 students).
• Align instruction with the College Board APES framework; prepare students for unit tests and the AP exam.
• Design lesson plans, practice sets, and targeted review; assign and grade homework with timely feedback.
• Diagnose learning gaps; track progress with simple data/notes.
• Communicate learning goals and updates to students/parents; coordinate with the program manager.
