As an AP Manager- Senior Accountant, you will lead a team committed to maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our accounts payable program. Apply now and transform your career with us. What you will be doing Review transaction reports, adjust errors and process journal entries. Identify issues, streamline processes and develop procedures. Reconcile accounts payable aging to the general ledger monthly. Enters checks into the general ledger in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain organized accounts payable records and file records. Matches invoices, purchase orders and receivers prior to payment distribution. Matches invoices to checks prior to signing and ensure each check has appropriate support. Leads or supports annual 1099 reporting and auditing. What we are looking for 5+ years’ experience in accounts payable required. Construction industry or construction project accounting experience preferred. Advanced analytical and investigation skills. Advanced industry and accounting program knowledge.
