Job role Service Desk Specialist with solid German and understanding of Procure to Pay area needed. The role involves handling service desk activities, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user and supplier P2P inquiries. Key responsibilities include offering first-line support, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex operational procurement and accounts payable issues, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process improvements. What you will do 1st level support –key interface for the vendor to receive information on status of invoice, payment & payment details.
