Description Future Care Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in our Lakewood, NJ office. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the company's outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations. Your expertise will help streamline our accounts payable processes, support financial integrity, and contribute to the overall health of our organization’s financial operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox and route items as needed Review, enter, and process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies Verify invoice accuracy, approvals, and appropriate GL coding Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentation Assist with AP reconciliations and month-end close activities Requirements 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or related bookkeeping experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Professional written and verbal communication skills
