Tosca is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong background in high-volume invoice processing, and enjoy collaborating with vendors and internal teams, this role is for you.

Location: Colony Square, Midtown Atlanta

• Work Schedule: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday; In-Office Tuesday – Thursday)

• Full-cycle accounts payable processing for high-volume invoices, including PO and non-PO invoices in D365.
• Ensure accuracy in GL coding and invoice reconciliation.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Research and resolve problem invoices, past due amounts, and credit balances.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Help prepare for month-end close and assist in vendor clean-up projects.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
