About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Payable & Treasury to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our day-to-day financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing core financial operations, including accounts payable, payments, tax compliance, treasury, and cash management, contributing directly to the financial health and integrity of the company. Job Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Manage the end-to-end AP process, including invoice verification, processing, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Tax Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This includes the calculation, payment, and accurate reporting of various taxes (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT). Treasury and Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flow, manage bank accounts, prepare cash position reports, and execute treasury functions to maintain optimal liquidity. Cash Flow and Expenditure Forecasting: Prepare forecasts of upcoming expenditures and develop monthly cash flow projections to ensure financial stability and support planning. Financial administration: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, support month-end and year-end closing procedures, and ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting principles. Payment Processing: Execute all company payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper authorization and documentation. Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to cash flow, payables, and tax for management review. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, tax, or a related field from a reputable university. A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in a finance role, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or retail industry. Solid understanding of fundamental bookkeeping, administrative principles, and Indonesian tax regulations. Brevet A & B tax certification is preferred. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and common accounting software. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
