Maersk is looking for a Talent Acquisition talent in shaping our workforce strategy across the APA region. This position encompasses the full recruitment lifecycle—from employer branding and talent sourcing to candidate assessment, offer management, and seamless onboarding. Beyond traditional recruiting, you will act as a strategic partner, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Build future business capabilities to enable business strategy. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for critical roles in aligning with the fast-changing market. Proactively provide strategic market insights for APA and take ownership of critical roles within the region. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes. Support business to fulfill niche and critical roles across APA region.
