Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale our customer marketing motion across the APAC region. This is a foundational role designed to drive retention, reduce churn, and support expansion of our existing customer base.
The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and highly analytical. You have a proven track record of leveraging customer data to develop programs that deepen customer engagement, drive product adoption, and generate revenue through upsell and cross-sell motions.
You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success Engineers, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to build and execute targeted campaigns that deliver real impact.
This role is Sydney, Australia based and reports into the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Build and operationalise the customer marketing function for the APAC region from the ground up
  • Develop and execute data-led marketing programs that drive customer retention, reduce churn, and support account expansion
  • Design and deploy lifecycle marketing strategies across onboarding, engagement, adoption, advocacy, and renewal
  • Leverage customer insights and platform usage data to develop segmented campaigns and identify expansion opportunities
  • Partner with Customer Success Engineers and Sales teams to deliver co-owned KPIs across adoption, engagement, retention, and pipeline sourced from existing customers
  • Identify and engage customer champions to support community-building initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns and drive customer advocacy initiatives including case studies, testimonials, and reference programs
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to support new feature adoption and customer education campaigns
  • Define, track, and report on performance metrics that align to key business outcomes - customer health, engagement, and revenue impact.
