Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

As the Employee Benefits & Wellbeing Lead, you will be responsible for the design, delivery, and enhancement of our employee benefits and wellbeing programs that align with the strategic goals of our businesses in the region. Working in tandem with the Head of Reward, Asia Pacific, you will guide benefit leadership and provide expert advice to both business managers and regional HR teams to ensure effective execution of the reward strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Benefit & Wellbeing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Reward to develop and refine a comprehensive benefits and wellbeing strategy that is congruent with the regional reward strategy. Utilise technical knowledge and data analysis to inform decision-making, drive business outcomes, and energise your team.
  • Business Partnerships: Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR teams across the region to understand their specific needs and develop tailored benefits and wellbeing solutions that maximise impact and utilisation. Demonstrate influencing skills and relationships-building expertise to foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
  • Programme Management: Oversee all benefit and wellbeing activities within the region, including governance, annual renewals, wellbeing events, and seasonal programs. Showcase strong organisational skills in managing multiple priorities and delivering effective change management.
  • Business Case Development: Develop, present, and implement business cases for any proposed changes in benefits, policies, or the introduction of new programs. Leverage effective communication skills to articulate complex ideas to various knowledge levels through diverse media.
  • Problem Solving & Customer Delivery: Focus on problem-solving and delivering solutions that prioritise customer needs and align with business strategy. Employ analytical and strategic thinking to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Project Support: Provide HR leadership to continuous improvement initiatives by delivering comprehensive support to HR projects, driving optimization and innovation across HR functions and processes.
