As APAC Event Marketing, Vice President in the Event Marketing team, you will lead end-to-end planning and execution of client and internal events that support business priorities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to design and deliver programs with strong governance, financial discipline, and a high standard of execution. You will help create a consistent, high-quality event experience while balancing creativity, risk management, and cost efficiency. Job responsibilities * Lead regional event initiatives aligned to business strategy, translating event briefs into high-impact programs * Manage end-to-end event delivery including research, proposals, approvals, invitee and speaker management, and onsite execution * Partner with internal stakeholders across business, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Communications, sales, and product teams to deliver coordinated outcomes * Own production management, including audio-visual, staging, run-of-show planning, and virtual event delivery where required * Manage external vendors and venues, negotiating scopes, service levels, and deliverables * Build and track event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and proactive financial management * Deliver post-event reporting and insights, including results against objectives and key event metrics * Support sponsorship-related event programs and cross-business events, ensuring benefits are effectively delivered and leveraged * Ensure adherence to internal policies, approvals, compliance requirements, and documentation standards * Maintain accurate records in event systems and databases, including budgets, metrics, and event collateral * Collaborate with teammates to provide coverage on complex events and contribute to continuous improvement across the event portfolio Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * 5 years of experience in event planning and end-to-end event execution * Bachelor’s degree * Demonstrated experience managing event budgets, including tracking, reconciliation, and cost control * Proven ability to lead multiple events simultaneously with strong project management, prioritization, and attention to detail * Strong stakeholder management skills, including confidence engaging and influencing senior leaders * Experience managing external vendors and venues, including scope, timelines, and deliverables * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions under time pressure * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated environment * Degree in Events, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Hotel Management * Experience delivering virtual or hybrid events and managing related production requirements * Experience supporting sponsorship programs and measuring delivery against agreed benefits * Willingness to travel periodically within the region as business needs require J.P.
