About the Role: We are looking for an experienced, people-focused Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations and services across our Asia Pacific offices. You will be based in our Mandaluyong office and report to the Global Sr. Workplace Manager where you will lead regional teams and vendors to deliver facility operations, workplace services, and employee experience programs. You will scale safe, secure, and empowering environments while creating consistency through locally applied global standards. You Will: Lead teams across the region, including facilities supervisors, coordinators, technicians and safety officers. Oversee providers, including building management, janitorial, security, transportation and other services. Partner with HR, Security, IT, Finance and other teams to deliver goals. Manage budgets, track performance against targets, and identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings. Assist the Global Real Estate Team with space planning, office moves, expansions and fit-out projects. Contribute to Global Facilities Services strategy development and execution. Ensure compliance with office health, safety, and environmental regulations. Be an escalation point for issues, coordinating responses to incidents and ensuring business continuity. Promote service excellence and continuous improvement within the regional workplace team. Travel to sites for audits, projects, team support, summits and partner relations (approximately 10–20%). You Have: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 7+ years of facilities or workplace services experience, with at least 2 years in a regional leadership role covering multiple sites. Experience managing in-house and outsourced teams across multiple countries. Operational knowledge of building systems, workplace operations, maintenance practices, and compliance for office health, safety and security. Experience managing budgets, service contracts, and performance metrics. Expertise in partner management across global and local teams. Fluent in English; proficiency in other local languages is helpful.
