Job Description
This role, based in Singapore, will report directly to the Head of Growth Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base across 11 markets in APAC by making data-driven decisions and taking swift, impactful actions.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous contexts, takes full ownership, and effectively influences stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and scale our strategy to increase top-line performance across the region, while working closely with cross-functional teams to bring the strategy to execution
  • Manage marketing budgets and processes to strategically allocate resources toward investment opportunities that ensure sustainable growth
  • Align with local market teams on strategy implementation and budget utilisation
  • Proactively generate business-critical insights to improve performance on core KPIs including customer acquisitions and monthly active user growth
  • Ensure aligned customer communication of growth initiatives, including ideating on incentive structures and managing the setup in campaign systems
  • Develop and oversee reports for senior leadership, delivering regional overviews to inform key decisions and monitor OKR progress
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and local teams, challenging them to drive innovation in growth initiatives
  • Lead growth-related projects with multiple senior stakeholders, covering topics that range from individual growth channels to organisation-wide initiatives

Qualifications
-

2 - 6 years of experience in finance or strategy; experience in e-commerce or a platform-based tech start-up is most relevant

  • Highly analytical and structured thinking, with a passion for numbers and problem-solving, as well as a strong ability to think creatively
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks, prioritising effectively, and working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, suited for senior management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of SQL
  • BA/BS from a top-tier university with exceptional academic performance. A background in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field is preferred
