Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented APAC Head to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead Eva Pharma’s APAC expansion by setting and executing the regional strategy, driving profitable growth through partnerships and commercialization, and building the operating model across priority APAC markets. Key Responsibilities: Define APAC country prioritization, entry strategy, and multi-year expansion roadmap aligned to Emerging Markets strategy. Own APAC regional business performance and drive go-to-market plans with partners/distributors. Lead regional BD strategy and deal execution across APAC (distribution, co-marketing, in-licensing/out-licensing, strategic alliances). 12–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in Asia Pacific. Proven track record of market entry and scaling via partners/distributors and/or regional commercial leadership. Strong financial acumen (P&L, pricing, margins, forecasting).
Responsibilities
