Description
The APAC Tax Manager will serve as a key member of the regional tax function, supporting strategic and operational initiatives as the organization continues to expand across multiple jurisdictions in Asia. This role involves close coordination with global tax counterparts and internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive tax support across a range of business activities. Core responsibilities include managing regional tax compliance and reporting, overseeing advisory matters involving cross-border and related-party transactions, and evaluating new market entries and business arrangements for potential tax exposures. The individual will also provide technical tax guidance, support audits, and monitor evolving regulatory developments across the region. The position requires 12-15 years of high-level international tax experience, ideally gained through a combination of professional services and in-house roles within the asset management or financial services sector. A relevant academic background and professional qualification are essential, along with a strong understanding of APAC tax frameworks. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
