How you’ll make an impact 1. You will support strategy development and the establishment of measurable targets to achieve business objectives. Evaluate the financial implications of strategic decisions, develop scenario analyses, and recommend appropriate actions. 2. You will lead HUB project reviews from a controlling perspective: optimize project review and cost control processes and monitor both planned and posted project costs also monitoring and review: Participate in opportunity and risk identification and monitor the timely implementation of required mitigation actions. Support the HUB Controller in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews. Contribute to project cost reporting and validate the substance of cost-to-complete estimates. 3. You will ensure effective governance of the full-cost model, including FCM verification, SERDA verification, and alignment with the BU also ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Define and implement internal controls for financial and non-financial operations. Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulations, and guidelines, and support internal and external audits. 4. You will ensure transparent, timely, accurate, and reliable financial and business data by leveraging established processes and tools in line with the HUB closing and reporting timetable. Prepare business-relevant reports for the HUB Controller. 5. You will lead optimization and continuous improvement initiatives related to Finance and Controlling within the Hub also provide guidance and facilitate best-practice sharing within the Hub Finance and Controlling community to ensure alignment and consistency of practices. 6. You will collaborate with other Service BU Hubs to promote overall consistency across the organization also as LSU controller’s backup when required. 7. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 8. You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2. Strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking capabilities with in-depth knowledge of Finance, Controlling, and Risk Management. 3. Relevant operational experience in Finance, Controlling with experience in the energy industry is preferred. 4. Leadership and effective communication, strategic, critical, and analytical thinking and customer focus. 5. Solution- and results-oriented mindset with strategic and financial planning. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
