WHAT YOU WILL DO

The APAC Innovation Demand Planning Manager is responsible for the overall innovation demand planning process including Forecasting, Market PIPO management, Demand portfolio alignment and seasonality/ scenarios assessment in Essential Health Segment. This involves playing a key role in market demand reviews to drive alignment between cross functional team in markets and regional segment marketing to improve the quality of assumptions in innovation forecasting. The candidate shall also support the regional segment Portfolio Management Review (PMR) to provide data to drive decisions related to innovation pipeline sufficiency, existing business demand view to drive growth along with seasonality/ scenarios assessment for selective Essential Health brands to highlight concerns.
