A role has become available for a highly organised and efficient Procurement Administrator to join our APAC Procurement Team. This is a 15-month Maternity Leave Contract role. Reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain and Procurement Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for providing timely support services to the Branch Network. Responsibilities & Duties Liaise directly with Branches to own, and provide support during, the process of gathering and completion of required procurement documentation. Track and manage all open procurement requests, including their status and projected completion timeline, and communicate these to the Branch Network weekly. Review current vendor/supplier contracts for opportunities to increase value, reduce costs, and to seek overall areas for improvement. Review processes to ensure any invoice queries forwarded by the Accounts Payable Team are dealt with in a timely manner, and purchase orders are aligned to the most cost-effective source of supply. Proactively demonstrate safe working practices by identifying hazards, using Personal Protective Equipment provided, and coordinating resources to meet the Company’s Work Health and Safety requirements. Skills & Experience Highly motivated with excellent time management. Experience in logistics, working knowledge of warehouse, receiving and shipping functions. Excellent in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel. Resourceful and able to work independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. What sets us apart?
