Job Description Role Summary: This is a key role within the APAC procurement team and will offer the successful candidate a great opportunity to influence how the team develops of the coming years. The position holder will join the team here in India (Mumbai) or in Malaysia supporting EMAP market and act as a point of contact specifically for all Business Units (functions) purchases for Mumbai & Hyderabad such as requirements related to HR, Facilities Marketing, professional services and business operations teams etc., but will also assist with any other categories as needed. What You'll Be Doing: This role leads key procurement activities across APAC, including negotiations for low‑ and medium‑risk spend, managing sourcing events (RFX, e‑auctions) and handling contract renewals through Ariba. You will work with suppliers to secure strong commercial terms, ensure all spend is supported by proper contracts, drive cost‑saving initiatives, and support regional category strategies together with global teams. You will also provide business support by monitoring supplier performance, understanding operational needs, and sharing market insights to guide stakeholders. The role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams, prepares data and reports for decision‑making, partners with Legal on contract impacts, and manages renewal and project pipelines—helping standardize procurement practices and ensuring smooth delivery across the region. Qualifications More About You: Bachelor degree with economics, business, trading or equivalents 4-6 years’ experience in procurement PR to PO process, at least 3-4 years focused on India market(good to have but not a must), be familiar with the P2P process, market situation and quality system standards in Financial and big data industry is preferred. Commercial Law – understanding of contractual law, including risks, negotiation and drafting experience. Strong communication and project management skills , Ability to leverage existing supply tools and technologies and assist in the development of new technologies Professional and results driven and Work with integrity and respect company ethics as well Entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude.
