Description
This position is responsible for leading quality management across the APAC region, with a focus on driving supplier quality engineering (SQE), incoming quality control (IQC), and production line (BLINE) quality assurance. The role oversees the implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems(EQMS), and ensures effective execution of after-sales service processes for EX/MTL products. The position ensures compliance with corporate quality standards and regulatory requirements, supporting business growth and aligning with strategic objectives. Analyze field failure data, coordinate with service teams, and implement feedback loops to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. Partner with supply chain, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure quality is embedded in all processes. Facilitate quality reviews and support new product introductions (NPI) with robust quality planning. Uphold compliance with local regulations, customer requirements, and corporate sustainability goals. Promote environmental, health, and safety (EHS) integration within quality processes. Ensure Certified Assembly Partners meet quality standards through audits, performance tracking, and continuous improvement, aligning with corporate and customer expectations. "Bachelor degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or other related discipline; " 10 years of experience in a quality management field with multiple site quality management experience "Proficient in quality management methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma), supplier quality engineering (SQE), incoming quality control (IQC), and quality audit processes. Skilled in using quality management systems (EQMS), statistical analysis tools (such as Minitab or advanced Excel functions), and digital platforms for quality data management and reporting (e.g., Power BI, Python)" "Fluent in English and one regional language, with strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
