APAC Regional Engineering Manager, Hong Kong Mace combines global delivery consultancy experience to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. The project: Provides leadership across M&E or building services engineering, guiding teams and engaging collaboratively with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers. Delivers technical expertise to shape compliant, high‑quality design and delivery strategies, managing teams to achieve key outcomes and contribute to the project’s strategic direction. You’ll be responsible for: Lead MEP engineering delivery across programmes, safety, quality, commissioning, and technical compliance. Partner with stakeholders to drive strategy, design reviews, procurement, and value engineering. Provide expert guidance to bids, commercial teams, and project planning to optimise performance. Champion commissioning, digital productivity, close‑out excellence, and continuous improvement towards net‑zero goals. You’ll need to have: Strong technical expertise in engineering systems, construction sequencing, planning, and commercial management across complex projects. Proven project delivery experience, ideally on large‑scale MEP programmes, with relevant sector background. Professionally accredited engineer with formal technical training or degree-level qualification. Effective communicator and collaborator with strong analytical skills, driving high standards and continuous improvement.
