This role has a broad and strategic scope, owning the following key programs and functional areas for the APAC region: APAC Commercial BI & Analytics Program: Full ownership of the region's commercial analytics program, including the continuous improvement and user adoption strategy for key platforms like the Tableau-based CV Portal. This includes leading strategic projects (e.g., Project PULSE) in close collaboration with Global Commercial Operations (GCO), IT, and market sales leadership to deliver a clear program roadmap and enhance user engagement. BI Governance & Harmonization Initiative: Accountability for the strategic initiative to simplify and standardize BI reports across APAC. Key deliverables include a harmonized report catalog in Collibra and a comprehensive governance framework, developed in partnership with regional data stewards and market BI leads to establish a single source of truth. APAC Data Shared Service Center Operations: Full ownership of the data shared service center team based in Malaysia, including direct management of one analyst. This involves defining service level agreements (SLAs) for report extraction via COGNOS and dashboard creation to support all APAC markets and regional functions. Strategic Insight & Leadership Reporting: Responsible for delivering strategic insights and performance narratives to the APAC Leadership Team (APLT). The key deliverable is the APAC Balanced Scorecard, which synthesizes cross-functional KPIs into actionable recommendations and data-driven stories.
