Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales Leader who can drive growth, engagement, and scale in the APAC region. This role includes revenue and operational responsibilities for Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Services for all customers in the APAC Region. As we transition from a founder-led organisation to a truly global entity, this role is critical in establishing the right discipline, rigour, and rhythm for the business now and into the future. This is a true partnership role with the CEO, the leadership team, and the Avolution ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all Sales revenue in the APAC region including Subscription, Services, and Support Revenue
  • Passionately connected to the company’s goals of revenue growth, profitability and organisational scalability
  • KPIs will include Revenue attainment, # New logos, % Renewals, % Expansion, Customer Satisfaction, CoS, Usage, Customer Lifetime Value, ACV, Pipeline, Conversion Rate, Average deal size, Customer retention
  • Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy
  • Drive the right impact from Marketing – programs, events and lead generation
  • Develop and drive the right partner ecosystem
  • Drive the discipline, rigour and rhythm of the business in the region
  • Build a great team. Develop appropriate people, training and recruitment strategies/plans to attract, develop and retain top performers & skills
  • Define break through market creation and penetration strategies
  • Forecasting: Provide accurate, actionable and accountable forecasts
  • Setting and managing sales quotas
  • Effective management and utilisation of the professional services team
  • Drive superior customer management service skills
  • Drive productivity: Ensuring our company is streamlined, productive and efficient without impacting negatively customer experience
  • Drive product usage and adoption
  • Provide feedback and insights in the product team
  • Set high standards for results & commitments and hold people accountable for achieving them
  • Work effectively across the region and managing remote people, partners and customer.
