Job Description The APAC Senior Partner Marketing Lead is a strategic role within Endava’s regional commercial leadership team, responsible for defining and executing the partner marketing strategy across APAC. This position carries end-to-end ownership of partner marketing plans, from strategic planning through execution; and drives measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. The role requires autonomy, accountability, and a results-driven approach in a dynamic regional environment. This is a leadership-ready position and will evolve to include building and leading a small team as Endava’s presence in APAC expands. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute APAC partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and global partner marketing initiatives. Lead partner-driven demand generation programs, including forecasting, KPI tracking, and analysis of business impact. Provide actionable insights through performance reporting, optimising campaigns to maximise ROI and contribution to revenue. Collaborate closely with Commercial to co-plan GTM campaigns that deliver measurable impact on pipeline, jointly forecast demand, and track ROI. Serve as a member of Endava's global marketing leadership team, representing partner marketing perspectives and driving regional strategies on the ground in APAC. Plan, execute and host partner events and initiatives to strengthen engagement and business outcomes. Qualifications 7–10 years’ experience in B2B or partner marketing is essential, preferably within the IT sector. Demonstrated success in strategic partner marketing with measurable business results. Proven experience in team leadership and the ability to grow high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams including Commercial, Delivery, and Global Marketing. Deep understanding of partner ecosystems in APAC, including hyperscalers and technology vendors. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent experience.
