• Support the development and monitoring of country-level KPIs and performance metrics.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze operational data from APAC countries to identify trends and insights.
• Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentation decks for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development (BD) teams.
• Assist in regional performance reviews, business planning cycles, and continuous improvement of operational systems.Contribute to or lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operations and driving regional alignment.
