About the role  The APAC Technical Support Manager – Agriculture Stretch Wrap will be responsible for supporting the international growth of our Agricultural Hero Products with specific focus on the APAC region by building close relationships with our existing customers, OEM’s through the development of joint training programs and enhancing our customers and their customers knowledge, and in doing so create end user demand for our products. As part of our world-class, performance-focused team you’ll have the opportunity to expand our global agricultural sales and technical support team.     Key Job Accountabilities  As part of the Agriculture, Construction & Industrial team you’ll be responsible for… Develop an Effective Training Program: Design and implement a comprehensive training program for our customers and end users of our agriculture bale wrap products. The program aims to promote proper use, application techniques, troubleshooting and best practices. To ensure our Hero products are at the forefront of our training programme. Enhance Customer Knowledge: Work diligently to ensure that our customers have a thorough understanding of our products. Provide valuable insights and technical expertise to enhance customer satisfaction. Support Sales and Marketing Efforts: To bridge the gap between technical knowledge and sales strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and provide technical guidance. Collaboration: Work actively with our local OEM partners to enhance our presence & joint knowledge. Foster collaboration between different teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving. Feedback Collaboration: Actively seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to incorporate valuable feedback into product improvements.     Qualifications/Requirements  Education: A graduate of any related field of study. Skills/Experience: Familiarity across APAC Market, ability to identify, define, prioritize and address market opportunities using data and qualitative information and ability to work effectively in matrix organization to drive profitable growth. Personality/Attributes: Ability to work with cross functional teams, commercial, technical and operations. Ability to drive new product development and participate in commercialization of new products. Additional Requirements: Experience in sales & technical support in either Agriculture and/or Horticulture market is essential and strong communicator with a successful track record in building and developing customer relationships. #LI-Onsite
