We start with a competitive base salary, bonuses, and benefit options topped off with: Expected pay rates for maintenance positions are $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on technical skills, experience, and location and a 50% rent discount benefit. Expected pay rates for leasing positions are $19.00 - $21.00 + lucrative commissions. Community Manager positions have a wide salary range based on size, location, and details of community. They also include bonuses, commissions, and a 100% rent discount on 1 Bedroom available. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. Technicians who excel can earn up to $1,500 in quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction bonuses. 50% rent discount for Maintenance, 25% rent discount for Sales Consultants available at any AIR Community. Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and 11 holidays.
