Description Homewood House Apartments is currently seeking an Apartment Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas as assigned. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs. Essential Functions: Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas. Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned. Participates in annual cleaning schedules. Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines. Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns. Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order. Participates in energy awareness program. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (apartments, hotels, or commercial cleaning preferred) Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas, including hallways. Prepare apartments for new move-ins and follow annual cleaning schedules.
