Leasing Agent – Part Time   Come work with a great team!   Flynn Management is looking for ambitious, self-motivated, professional, experienced individual to join our Willow Pond team, Knowledge of RealPage preferred.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS Screen incoming leasing inquiries and calls. Supply property information, determine prospects needs and assist callers Qualify prospects to find the best fit for them within the property. This may include but not limited to obtain credit reports, financial information, residency verifications, etc. Show available apartments to prospects Responsible for new leasing residents and renewals Accurately and efficiently prepare all leasing paperwork and gather any supporting documentation as needed. Support the overall marketing efforts and offer input and suggestions in regard to promotions, advertisements, etc. Update and maintain Leasing Activity Reports Maintain strong relationships with residents and property community and other duties as assigned Qualifications:   Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related leasing/sales experience in conventional housing to mature residents or hospitality environment Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Excellent skills and abilities in selling and/or leasing Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with residents and prospective residents Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Proficiency in Word and Outlook required Computer savvy and ability to learn new computer software is required; prior experience with Real Page or Yardi preferred Detail orientated with strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and work independently with an enthusiastic and positive attitude Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information Ability to interact with co-workers in a professional manner Must be able to pass background and drug test   We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes: Competitive salary and bonus Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Paid Time off 401(k) and company match   Shift: Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 8a-5p Local candidates highly preferred Equal Opportunity Employer/Drug and tobacco free workplace
