MetroPlex Staffing is seeking energetic superstar Leasing Consultants and Assistant Property Managers through out the Dallas -Ft.Worth Metroplex. MUST have at least 6 months experience in the multi-family industry.
Requirements:
Must have experience in the Apartment Industry!( Customer service is not enough experience at this time)
Must have professional appearance
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Have great communication skills.
Be outgoing
Have previous experience in apartment software.(exp yardi, onesite, rent roll)
Be able to work weekends if required
Duties:
Greet and Tour potential residents
Answer phones
Prepare model each morning
Inspect Make Ready Unit
All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background screening and Drug test!
Must have reliable transportation!
Bi-Lingual and Tax Credit a plus!

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A LEASING AGENT IN THE MULTI FAMILY INDUSTRY!!!
