Responsibilities: Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone Give apartment tours and highlight community features Process applications and lease paperwork Build relationships with current and future residents Help meet leasing and occupancy goals Support resident events and community engagement Requirements Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred (not required) Friendly, professional, and confident communicator Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team player mindset Hiring Immediately!!
