Maintenance Technician Job Requirements * Experience: At least 1 year as a Maintenance Tech, preferably in an apartment or multifamily environment. * Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. * Emergency Response: Ability to act quickly and remain composed in emergencies. * Certifications or Licenses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
