Maintenance Director Job Requirements * Experience: At least 1 year as a Maintenance Director, preferably in senior living or multifamily property management. * Skills: Expertise in painting, drywall repair, and use of standard power tools. * Chemical Knowledge: Understanding of proper usage, storage, and disposal of various chemicals. * Emergency Response: Ability to move quickly and remain calm in emergencies. * Work Ethic: A careful and cautious approach to work, with timely completion of tasks. * Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
