Key responsibilities include: Supervise and support maintenance staff, including scheduling and delegation of work orders Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure quality standards Oversee service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Train and mentor new and existing maintenance team members Participate in interviewing and hiring maintenance staff Assist with maintenance budget planning and cost management. #INDVGMAINT Qualifications We are seeking a maintenance leader with strong technical knowledge and team leadership experience.
