Multi-site Service Technician – HVAC Certified Location: Owings Mills, MD Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Starting Hourly Rate: $25.00+ (Pay based on experience and certifications)+ Phone and Auto allowance WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a qualified and motivated Service Technician to join our dedicated maintenance team. This position supports five of our multifamily communities in the Owings Mills area. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring apartments are move-in ready. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to uphold our standards of safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (HVAC certification required) Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs Hang, prep, and sand drywall Repair and maintain appliances Paint apartments and common areas Maintain cleanliness and safety across the property Assist with snow removal as needed Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in residential or property maintenance Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 85 lbs Must be available for on-call emergency coverage Compensation & Benefits: Pay based on experience and certifications Comprehensive Benefits Package, including: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave Rental Discount for eligible full-time associates at WPM-managed properties Phone & Auto allowance Bonus potential If you’re a dependable, hands-on professional with a passion for maintenance and customer service, apply today and become part of a company that values its team and fosters career growth. #IND2
