Description Ivy Plains at Brooks Apartments is now hiring a Porter in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas Maintain dumpster and trash areas Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents Requirements Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred. Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the apartment property by removing trash and debris from common areas, breezeways, and parking lots. Assist the maintenance team with light tasks and report safety or maintenance concerns to management.
