This hands-on position performs maintenance painting of walls, doors, door frames, baseboards, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces, including repairs, texture matching, refinishing, and related touch-up work. The role requires performing interior duties while maintaining a safe work environment and delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
