Description Plantation Apartments is an established 50+ apartment community looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Full Time Apartment Turnover Technician / Make Ready / Porter. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on-call every other weekend. Duties: Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Grounds upkeep Pool cleaning Watering grass Trash removal Dog station care Make ready's and light maintenance. Requirements At least 12 months of onsite experience Should have knowledge of painting Basic makeready skills Should be able to lift more than 20lbs Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units Knowledge of appliances Must be Bilingual (Spanish) Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed.
