Description Indigo Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Apartment Turnover Technician / Make Ready Duties: Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-readies / turns) Complete basic repairs: painting, light plumbing, minor electrical, fixtures, and touch-ups Work closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to meet deadlines Ensure each apartment is clean, safe, and move-in ready Report any larger maintenance issues Requirements Experience in apartment make-ready, maintenance, or general labor preferred Basic knowledge of painting, repairs, and cleaning Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
